Important
Info: We use only the finest quality decorative metals and
1/8" 3-ply outdoor plastics for our 'Pet and People' ID tags.
Stainless steel and brass tags are stamped with 1/16" capital
lettering. Plastic and aluminum tags are engraved. All
ID tags include appropriate attachments such as split-rings,
rivets, chains, pins, etc. FREE Spot-Lite Safety Reflectors
are included with all pet tags and most people tags.
Abbreviations are used when necessary and zip codes are not
ordinarily engraved on pet tags, with the exception of P.O. Box
addresses. If you do not choose a color for plastic or
aluminum tags we will make your color selection.
Cancellations prior to tags(s) being made are subject to a 10%
termination fee. All returns must be pre-approved and are
subject to a 45% return fee - our costs for labor, material,
postage, processing fees, advertising etc. Inquiries about
order status should be made no sooner than 7-10 days from order
placement - to inquire about your order call (904) 819-0210. ID
Tag information you supply to us is strictly confidential.
TagXpress will not distribute any of your personal
